You need a visa for your trip to the Democratic Republic of the Congo (Congo-Kinshasa). You can obtain this in advance at the nearest embassy, as long as you have the necessary documentation and an invitation letter (lettre d’invitation). This letter of invitation is made by an official body and is then approved and stamped by two different ministries.
We provide invitation letters for the Democratic Republic of Congo for 349 usd per letter. It takes about a week to get it. We only provide these in combination with a tour of at least two days to avoid complications with the government. A visa on arrival (visa volant) for the Democratic Republic is also possible for USD 965 and this is usually within 7 days, although it is safer to count a little longer.
For Congo-Brazzaville, a ticket, hotel reservation and a program of your trip are sufficient for most embassies. If you still need an invitation letter, we provide this for 199 usd.
For the Central African Republic, a ticket and hotel reservation are normally sufficient. It takes one or two days to get your visa at the Brussels embassy.
For Gabon you need to arrange an e-visa, which requires an invitation letter, we will provide this for 149 usd in conjunction with your trip.
